I aked if she knew who the Yorkie belonged to and she said no. I told my fiancee what I was going to do and he was like why didn't you do it. I just don't want to take anyones dog..I'm not sure what house he lived at. Apparently who ever has him does not care enough for him. What should I do if I see him out there again? I almost had a heart attack because cars were driving by and not too far is the highway. |
I am surprised your groomer has not taken him in to try and find out where he belongs.
