Alright, I just got back from my vet.
& I requested a skin scrape test, & it turned out to be mites.
My vet gave Monique a shot that helps to get rid of the mites. (I'm supposed to go back for another shot in 2 weeks)
I also got some medicated shampoo & antibiotics to help with Monique's skin irritations.
Although it's a big bill, thankgod we didn't waste any time on other possibility & let my baby girl suffer more.
So big big thanks to all of you that brought up the question, suggestions, & advises.
