How old is the pup you are planning to get? They usually will have some other colors almost from the beginning. It is possible these are "chocolate" yorkies which is a color anomolie. Although they can be registered with the AKC, this is considered an undesirable trait. Fine for a pet quality but not if you plan to show or breed.
I only have a female, so I don't have personal experience with males, but I hear you can have a very difficult time keeping them from marking even after they are neutered. I would personally go with the personality of the pup you like the best from your visits.
