They look like the type brown spots that come from an allergy..they tend to lick or scratch them and make a bacterical infection...use a shampoo with Chlorhexaderm in it..let is sit on him for 5 mins..do it twice in one week, then weekly for a month or so...it should clear it up...some vets give an oral antibotic along with the shampoo, but I found my grooming clients dogs cleared up fairly well with shampoo...good luck |
