I am real need of getting a light weight jacket (windbreaker type) I was at a festival to day and saw a man with a windbreaker on with a yellow lab on the left side at the top. I would like to get a windbreaker similar to that with a yorkie on it. Has anyone seen such a thing? I don't want a hoody because of the rain.
