That's one of the reasons why I'm so concerned. I have an 8 month old and I let my Louie lick him and I never worried about diseases-but now that he's chowing on poop, I can't continue to let him lick the baby or me for that matter. I am utterly disgusted by this. I have to wash out his mouth, and I give him a handful of treats to make the smell go away. He just started doing t his. I will talk to the vet. Thanks for the advice.
