I downloaded incredimail.......one of the only ones that my computer let through, but I didn't fully understand it................

1. There was a BIG envelope clip art that made its home right in the middle of my computer screen.....I couldn't move it or anything. It stayed, right there in the middle of my screen, whether I was searching the web or just sitting on my main screen. The only way I got it off, was when I fully deleted the program off my computer. Did you all have that problem?

2. Next, I couldn't figure out how to get the smilies, etc into my Outlook email account...........to me, it looked like it was a whole new email set up, is it? I thought it said that it worked with Outlook Express. How do you get your stationary, emoticons/smilies, etc in your email text?

Thanks so much for posting! I think I will call our phone company (where we get our connection) and see if they have any ideas.
