They don't call them teacups because they will actually fit in one - it's just a cute name for a smaller dog - same as people calling their bigger yorkies "teapots" - they won't actually fit in a teapot either will they? 4lbs and under is considered "teacup" - USUALLY.
My point was that breeding a 4lb female is not safe - and many threads on here have discussed this very thing.
