this is very true some people for them that is all that matters ...
Sometimes situations like these would be best handled by a family member ... of a good close friend .... but then again some people jsut don;t have family or friends to help ...
I do wish the best for the pups ... sorry they are subjected to this .. but trust me kennel cough or whatever else could eb very much wrong with them you did not need this in your home around your other animals .. you are much better off ..... just hope the pups find good special needs homes .. because more then likely they will need them
