I'm sorry to hear that dogs don't seem to be truly appreciated in
PR. Maybe you are better off finding your pup before you go. Sounds like even with some of the breeder issues we have, it might still be safer to get it here.
If you take one of our American citizens out of the country, though, you have to promise to teach it the Star Spangled Banner.
