PR. People tend to let their dogs lose and run wild, and everytime I'm driving I see a dead dog on the street. It's so sad!! My grandma (r.i.p) used to always take dogs off the street because they looked so skinny and unhealthy and she would take care of them. Most dogs out there are mutts.
