sorry I did not pick your post in particular to quote but all of them ..
1. the lady is completely homeless almost
2 depending on where she is located and teh laws of animal curelty she could be fined and put in jail ....
3. yes the puppies need a better situation .
4. unlikely that the lady can even afford a motel room to live in much less support her self and a litter of pups which she probably did not rescue in the first place
5. help this lady by getting her help
6. help these puppies YES take her some flea preventative ....
