You need to host the video on a free host site - I use Drop shots -

TO REGISTER - Go to the main site & sign up... DOWNLOAD & Install the program the free program - it's VERY SMALL - when you install it - a tiny 2" long window that pops up on the right hand bottom of your screen. This is your MEDIA Uploader.
TO UPLOAD A VIDEO
CLICK THE LITTLE CAMERA on your lower toolbar right corner - this OPENS the Dropbox Media Uploading box
OPEN your (yellow) Folder on YOUR computer where you keep your pics or videos - LOCATE YOUR VIDEO that you want to upload -
With your Mouse ...DRAG that video INTO that small pop up DROPSHOTS window you'll see it saying Media File uploading - When it's DONE - RIGHT CLICK the camera to go to your home page.....or click the link with your user name that shows in the box.
COPY the LINK where your videos are and paste them in a post
- It's really easier than it sounds. (I get too wordy in my directions
)
Your link will look EXACTLY like this only with YOUR USER NAME at the end.
