That is so sad...If really feel sorry for those puppies, someone should report her...but I am glad for you because, I lost a baby from liver shunt, so with lexie & bear I waited and made sure they where healthy, if she is that nasty, she doesn't care about how she lives, and I know some people can't help it, but they can be clean, and she sounds like she is just looking for money and could care less about the pups....
