I do not know where Bay is. I asked them where they took her and they won't tell me. My mom is really upset over Bay too as they would have taken her and given a good home, so there was really no reason or excuse (there never is IMO!) to just drop her off on the side of the road.
I did give a description of Bay and her age to the police department in Holmes County and they have promised to call me if she is found.
