Lol...I promise - I don't know how to do everything on this site
....but I did figure this out when someone couldn't get their smilies to work
Go to
USER CP - In the CONTROL Panel on left side - Click
EDIT OPTIONS
Scroll WAY down to
Miscellaneous Options & click on the Arrow for the Drop Down Menu and click
Standard Editor - Extra Formatting Controls
Click Save Changes.... and see if that works
