 I think it's some sort of a scam.
If you read her post, she repeats herself over and over again.
Too many words, too many stories. I especially don't believe her about being willing to drive or accompany the dog to its new owners and that she doesn't know how it works. If I was charging $7 to 8,000 for something, I'd know how it worked to ship it there. She got it from somewhere. How did it work then?
Anyway, I'm highly suspicious of her story and think it's a scam. I just got a scam e-mail in which they were obviously trying to get my bank account number from me. The writer also went on and on with the same nonsense over and over again. If you asked your husband why he was 5 hours late, and he went into a long song and dance and gave you 86 reasons, would you believe him?
