wow! thanks 4 sharing. that is called a spy hop. he appears to be a very curious young orca. i am whale obsessed. i go to hawaii a few times a year during whale season. they are amazing. i had a similiar experience on a raft with a young humpback. no dog but he was playing with us. a have some great pics within 3 feet. my plug 4 my camera is broken once repaired i'll post the pics.
