First, let me say that I am very sorry that you've been having a rough time with your health. I know that has to be a very difficult thing to deal with.
However, there is a huge difference between people having children and dogs having puppies. Think of the reasons why people choose to have kids and tell me if you think those same reasons would apply to dogs. I would think not.
The two situations are not comparable. Please do not use that as a reason to breed your girl.
