Don't really have any other ideas, but the garage sale one sounds like you make some in a hurry. Also, if you make the jewelry, take it to some of the beauty shops on a nice display board and ask if they will help you sell some. That's what one young lady is doing at the shop I go to. Sell them to your friends, family and whoever.
