I think kizzy likes bows in her hair ok. Sometimes she rubs her head on the floor, her bed or in the yard trying to get them out but not like she use to. Maggie dont like them being put in but once their in she tries to take her paw and scratch them out. I just tell her aank and most times she quits. Once either of them get one out , i just sock it right back in. you need to start early putting something in their hair so they'll get use to it. I know I did kizzy and I've put bows in maggies since she was a couple months old. I have the latex band I put their hair in first then I clip the bows around it. or sometimes I put the end of the clasp thru their hair (especially kizzys) her hair now is thicker and the bow wont clip around it. She rarely gets one out. But once Maggie and her start playing thats the first place maggie tries to grab. if kizzy is down where she can reach her she tries to take kizzys bow out. They succeeded in taking two out of kizzys hair yesterday. Im gonna have to kill these dogs. lol I just put them back in or even another different bow. they lost one yesterday outside some place. But if they hate getting them in I figure they'll soon learn to leave them alone if they dont want to go thru it again. maggies never got one out of her hair yet. I have the little baby clips and I put the latex bands on then clip on the baby clips and push the teeth end into her hair in between the band and her hair. good luck and keep on keeping on. you'll succeed soon. I ordered 100 bow this week for their hair for just around everyday. I dont care how they look but i keep the nice ones for other days. I think i paid 8 buck for 100 at jb pets shop. I have a lot and some more on the way from Lawdog bows now. those are nice for any occasion.
