[Phoebee's Mommy]

My 4 month old Phoebee Jasmine will not let me put cute bows in her hair. It is like pulling teeth to get her to let me wash her eyes, let alone put something in her hair! I get so frustraited with her and I just want her to be the princess that I know she is in public with those adorable bows in her hair.... Can anybody give me some advice? I would appreciate any help you may have!
