Lucy got her baby teeth pulled while she was getting spayed, she was also microchipped and got her nails trimmed. It's best to do it at the same time, so she only has to be put under once. I don't know about the dewclaws though, she had those removed when she was a baby. Lucy got all the blood work done beforehand, which I think is very important, IMHO, and she also had painkillers to take for a day or two. The first night she was very groggy and I didn't get much sleep because I watched over her the whole night, but she was great the next day. And Lucy also was not interested in pottying outside that evening so she did wet the bed. Just beware of that and good luck!
