Other little tips. When cropping & Sizing your pictures ...remember each picture has a file size - the higher the Color resolution - the larger file size - which means fewer pictures. With some avatars if I have alot of pics I want to use - I reduce the colors a little....
Also - with the ulead program - BANNER TEXT Uses up a ton of your alloted file size for YT. Try NOT to use it if you want more pictures showing.
What I do to make 3D text is I do the text in Photoshop 6 - save it as a GIF and layer and do the animation in Photoshop Elements -
also for those like me that cheat on text cause we're not graphic artists like passionfruition
is I do small words in Glittermaker - save it as a gif.... and resize it to fit the avatar size limit... and Viola - 3D text done easy.
Here is an example of 3D text done with Glittermaker.com...I CROPPED and sized it to 75 pixels to fit Nata's avatar.
