If you are not trusting this vet go with your gut and maybe talk to another vet about it...see how your feeling with someone new...maybe you'll feel more comfortable with someone else....I finally had to make Ladys spay appt. shes getting it done next week and I'm a nervous wreck just thinking about it.. As for the blood work, I had asked my vet about it too and she said they normally do not do it, but a lot of people request it, so I had her blood taken last week when I was there. I know exactly how you feel, i hate knowing that Ladys gonna have to go under, on top of everything the vet is trying to tell me she has to stay overnight, and no one will be there, I'm calling the vet tomorrow and telling her that Ladys IS coming home that night, no way am I going to leave her somewhere unattended. |
