Caesar never said that giving a dog affection is wrong -- read again!
He believes wholeheartedly in exercise, discipline, and affection. I see him pet, hug, and kiss his dogs all the time.
He does say that affection should be given our dogs are "being good." Not when they are misbehaving ---
I read a lot of posts that misquote Caesar.... or only pick up part of what he is doing or trying to say.
