To post go to post a reply and go all the way down to manage attachments. There if you have your pics on the computer, click on browse to find the folder where the pic "lives." Once you have foudn the folder pick the pic that you want to post. Then click upload to post the picks.
To send them via e-mail write your e-mail. Then somewhere depending on your e-mail provider there should be an attachment button or icon. Then go through finding the pics and save or upload them. Hope this makes sense and isn't to confusing...
