I don't know. It's hard to say. But if I had a tiny, I think I would. I carried it for the first year of my puppy's life. If you have money available in case your puppy has some accident or illness that might cost thousands, then you might not find it worth it. If not, it is probably a good idea to carry it. Who wants to be faced with making a life and death decision, when you can save a puppy's life just because you have money saved or you can carry insurance? That's about the only way to look at it.
