That is sooo Stupid! Hmm.. I live in TN, I could always go get one and give it to you.. lol jk. But that is really stupid, you would think it wouldn't matter where the new owners lived as long as they were loving and caring and would give them little pups a wonderful home. What happens if they send these puppies to someone in another area without Cruelty laws and this happens again?!! That makes me so angry.
