This is crazy! I live less than 9 hrs from this place and can provide a loving, forever home and she turned me down because of that! This really makes me mad. I told her I would come down tomorrow and pay for whatever vet bills it needed + sign a spay contract! I am so upset right now, I really wanted to help, why these rules?
