Actually -
I think that can just happen because the cartlidge may be weak - but don't quote me on this
and I bet even some of the best breeders may have had a puppy or two with ears that flopped & no - the Ring would never accept a yorkie with floppy ears - but then again - most
all of us do NOT have showdogs - but we have LOVED dogs... and that's just as important if not more.
