I dont get it either why people let there dogs hang out the window. When we go to the Lakes in Brooville, I also hate it when they have their dogs on the golf cart just standing there while they are driving.. no one holding on to them. I would never do that to Maddie. I would be scared to death she would stumble and fall off.
