 People driving with dog hanging out window!
Yesterday a lady drove by me with a car load of kids and this little tiny yorkie on her lap hanging wayyyyy out the window, as she went around the corner he nearly FELL out of the car! She wasnt even holding on to him. I just dont get how some people can be so stupid and careless!! |
