Thank you for the compliments (blushing). I Changed my eating habits to 5-6 small frequent meals a day. I eliminated all white bread/pastas/rice......eliminated soda, don't use artificial sweetners and drank lots of water.
I have lose skin on my abdomen but thankfully hide it well.
