how about taking the ferry from Camden to Pennslanding? If you put Romeo in a carrier you could probably take the speedline. No one would say anything and since it's a Saturday it'll be less crowded anyway. My sister in law use to take the speedline from Woodcrest with her Chesapeke retriever all the time. If anyone said anything she just said that she was in training to be service animal and they let her go on!
