That area is a nightmare to park it. I would suggest one of the side streets (Arch or Race sts. to the west of Rittenhouse Sq. or Pine or Spruce to the south). I could maybe come up with some other suggestions if you (or anyone else who would like to) PM me.

I can also suggest some parking garages which would probably be a better idea.
