We pay $120 for an 8 week class. She has a masters degree in animal behavior and is a certified pet dog trainer, so I think that price is reasonable!
Be careful with the German Shepherd Dog trainers - they tend to use choke/prong collars and punishment and correction methods. Not all are like that though. Many have embraced positive training. I would just ask a lot of questions and observe a class before hand if possible! Don't be afraid to walk out if you don't like what you hear. |
