In humans Gabapentin is generic for Neurontin....not sure if it is the same for dogs. It is an Epileptic medication for seizures. My husband does not have seizures, but takes it for his severe back pain...evidently, it helps with the nerve pain. Hopefully, it will help your baby. I am sending prayers for Aidan to get well soon!
