These is the second year of Carnivale of the Dogs at Rittenhouse Square Park. I may take my Britney and Brooklyn for a little bit in the afternoon (AFTER the parade.. I feel bad for the dogs in costumes.. most of them look so pitiful/mortified). I saw some pictures from last years and it seemed like a lot of yorkies were there.

Anyone plan on going?
