Hmm..I'm not sure if this has been posted, but in my quest to find an adoptable sister for Stump I came across this.

This group busted a puppy mill, and some how had the owners surrender some of their puppies. The problem is where they are located it isn't against the law. But Just seeing the before and after pictures on this site are crazy!
