Toto's were up when we brought her home at 16 wks. ... the breeder said they had just come up. She also said that if the ear hair was allowed to grow long that the weight would pull them back down and they wouldn't come back up. Hers are like little antenna's ... but sometimes they seem to be "looking" around like a periscope on a submarine!!
