Penny does the same with her nose, always wanting to be pet and loved on, which we do, of course. She loves tennis balls and will pick up 1 or 2 at a time to play fetch. And loves to be brushed and combed. When I trim her nails, she rolls over on her back and lets me do all four feet, so funny. We love her so much!!!
