Are you using one of those matt combs? I think they are kinda like a razor so there isn't alot of pulling on the dogs hair...I am lucky with Sadie...she has a silky coat that NEVER matts...Lillie (12 wks old) is going to be another story...right now she looks like a little fluff ball..She is the one who's coat is going to need more care.
