So sorry to hear that you made a mistake like that. You can't go back and undo it, but for any one else reading it with newborns, if mom needs to go to vet and the babies are still too young to regulate their temp, they may need a heating pad on low covered by towels or underneath their box. This may still be too much you have to test. If they spread apart in their box then it's too hot. This too for too long can be too extreme for them and thick blankets may be best for them.

My girl was panting alot, I had tums on hand and I gave them to her and watched for symptoms but my girl was just hot! she has alot of hair (maltese) and I had the A/C higher than normal for the pups so we all suffered.

Wonderful job on bring the little one back, just keep doing what you're doing. Your a great mom doing your best.
