In a false pregnancy they go through everything they do when they are pregnant. The milk should come in at the end of the false preg. just like a real preg. Also she could get aggressive protecting her phantom pups. I don't know why the vet won't spay her now though. My step mom took her dog to the vet and had it spayed and she was pregnant!
