IMHO, that's different from people jumping on the band wagon and saying "oh, I didn't know I needed to figure out what he hates most". My point is that I prefer to try other methods first. The fact that a dog stops what he's doing the minute he sees a coin can, a spray bottle, or a newspaper tells us how much he fears that object. Therefore, going that route wouldn't be my first choice.

The choice is down to rehoming or using something he fears? Absolutely, 100%, without reservation, I say you made the right decision! I support you all the way.

Did I explain myself better that time?

You did not offend me in anyway. I understand completly what you are saying I wanted you to also understand me. The barking was the only thing
that was left to take care of. I am so very happy the darn can works, now I have what I would call a perfect Yorkie. We have been through alot together, house breaking,
chewing, barking, not sleeping at night etc. Now everything finally fell into place for us both. I am lucky he is perfect! He has full run of my condo,(7rooms) he touches nothing anymore, he sleeps as long as I sleep and understands everything I say. The barking for 2 1/2 yrs when I leave was
getting un-nerving to say the least. So you can see why I feel it is like a miracle. Have a great day.
