I went to see Philip today! He's now out of ICU and in a regular room. He is hurting pretty bad, but he definitely is feeling a little better as he had a good sense of humor and made us laugh...which did my heart good. They still are not sure what to do for his shoulders...the one is separated which is different from being dislocated. He was told he'd be better off if he'd broken his hip and shoulder than what his injuries are. It's weird...his one shoulder that is separated doesn't hurt as bad as his other shoulder and they can't find anything wrong with that one. Go figure.
Thanks everyone for your prayers! They're helping him for sure! I'm just so happy he's alive...it was a miracle he made it through that horrible night!!! Please remember him in your prayers! |
