Chewy was 2 pounds when I got him and ihave 3 harness that are all to big! i went out a got a cat harness and that is a bit better... he is 3.5 pounds now... Good luck finding one that fits...! Oh I will say if you get a teeshirt xsmall and put the harness over it it fits a little better....
