I am from Brownsville, but San Antonio is my second home!!!! I travel with both of my Yorkies and manage to have a great time. We always stay at the Best Western off of I-10 and Wurzbac. Very economical and clean. They tend to charge a small fee during peak season though, not much. Seaworld does have a doggie daycare. I do not know about Fiesta Texas.
