I would check out the place before you decide. Talk to the vets that will preform the surgery. Make sure that you have a blood panel run on her to make sure she will do fine in surgery and make sure they use Isoflorane. I have taken mine to spay/neuter clinics and have had no problems with them. I say if they do what you ask and answer all your questions, and you are comfortable with the vets and their answers and the place is clean, I would go for it.
